In any case, we will contact you regarding the delivery, so we ask that you provide your details accurately. If you would like to extend the rental period, please contact us as soon as possible.
Yes, if you need to extend your rental period, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Yes, a refundable deposit is required for most tool hires. The amount varies depending on the tool and rental period. The deposit will be returned to you once the tool is returned in good condition. You will get the deposit back as you paid it. If by card, then by bank transfer, if in cash, then in cash.
If a tool is damaged or lost during your rental period, please contact us immediately. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may be responsible for extra repair or replacement costs, if the deposit does not cover the damage.

At the end of the rental period, we will go and pick up our tools, in which case you will also receive the deposit back as soon as we have received the equipment in proper condition. Please ensure tools are cleaned and in good working condition to avoid any additional charges.

Absolutely. All our tools are regularly serviced and inspected to ensure they are in excellent working condition. 
Yes, we provide user manuals and basic instructions for all our tools. If you need further assistance, our staff can give you a demonstration or answer any questions you might have when we deliver ​the selected ​tool.
